Providing coding services for multiple specialties, the full-time ProFee Coding Specialist will work remotely to perform CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding, ensuring compliance and accuracy while maintaining productivity standards. Key responsibilities: Accurately apply diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS Calculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels and recognize critical care cases based on patient acuity Communicate professionally with clients to foster excellent working relationships and support company interests Required qualifications: Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) is mandatory Minimum of 2 years of coding experience is required Advanced knowledge of EMR and billing systems is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary Must maintain ongoing productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher
