Job Description

• Work with preconstruction and supers to get daily reports and updates
• Communicate directly with clients on day to day
• Create master schedules
• Preconstruction and estimating of projects
• Oversee a small team of estimators

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager
• Conceptual estimating experience
• Ability to run 3-4 projects at once
• Microsoft suite knowledge
• Experience reading drawings
• Scheduling experience
• Ability to do quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
• Hard bid experience (nice to have)
