Responsibilities
- Manage Construction Defect cases
- 1920 Billable Hours annually
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- 3+ years of experience
- Able to demonstrate direct involvement in several Construction Defect cases
- Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
- 85% paid healthcare premium
