This includes any heavy equipment checklist/inspectionsBe able to operate front end loaderRun clinker pile and spec material clay shed via front end loaderClose off spec doors to coolersHaul stack dust once a shiftRemove logs from coolerOil bowl millsFill and maintain coal hopperMaintain reversible beltPerform all task in a safe manner which includes wearing proper personal protective equipment and follow safety regulations established by this companyPerform other duties as requiredKeep water level pumped down at eight beltRun clinkers for the screening and crushing departmentGrease and inspect crusher screens in finishing plantHelp clay feed attendant to keep clay chopped in clay shedRun sweeper to keep concrete clean, washing of scrubber slabsAssist in turning and replacement of hammers in crusherDrive dump truck during cleanup of spillage in plantMaintain the operation of the cooler reversible belts which includes keeping tail pulleys clean and keeping water on belts when neededMaintain the operation of the coal mills which include maintaining proper oil levels, water circulation through coal mills, grease appropriate areas when needed and keeping coal area cleanMaintain the operation of cooler drives and keep area around the coolers clean • Keep tail pulley and catwalk cleaned on stockpile beltsRemove clinkers from cooler pits and stack in designated areasKeep all above areas cleanGrease equipment in all areas of productionOther duties as assignedWhat You Will Need:Prompt, regular, and predictable attendanceThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds.The ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)High school diploma or GED equivalentA minimum of 1 year of experienceAbility to operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.)Remove logs from coolerOn the job trainingOperating front end loaderOperate bobcatOperate dump truckWorking Conditions and Physical Environment: While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty. Regularly sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
