This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment and is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, familiarity with tools, and a strong work ethic. This position involves repetitive work but provides a clear path to advance into an Industrial Painter role for candidates who demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn.ResponsibilitiesAssist painters in the paint preparation areaHang parts on an automated conveyor system for the painting processMask and prepare components prior to paintingRemove completed parts from hangers after paintingPalletize finished products for shipping and distributionPerform general shop and production support dutiesOperate a sandblaster as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and quality guidelinesQualificationsMechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skillsExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and positive attitudePreferred QualificationsIndustrial painting experiencePowder coating experienceBlueprint reading skillsForklift experiencePrevious manufacturing or production experienceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
