Production Welder -- GMAW Process

In Perth Amboy, WA, we're looking for a Production Welder who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and craftsmanship. Your MIG (GMAW) skills will turn drawings into durable, high-quality structures.

Deliver consistent, specification-driven welds while supporting a culture of safety, learning, and teamwork.

• Prepare, set up, and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute welds accurately.
• Inspect finished welds to confirm quality, fit, and adherence to standards.
• Uphold a safe, clean workspace by following safety rules and best practices.
• Partner with team members to meet schedules and project objectives.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the growth of junior welders through training and mentorship.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding coursework preferred.
• Hands-on MIG welding experience demonstrated by completed projects.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
• Quality-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations.
• Effective communication and cooperative team skills.
• Welding certification is beneficial.
