Sugaright is seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Production Technicians for its liquid sugar manufacturing operation. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor processing equipment, mix and transfer liquid sugar, follow detailed production instructions, and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain safe, efficient output. You’ll complete quality checks and documentation, support sanitation and food safety standards, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams.
Working in a lean, process-driven environment, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, support customer-focused service, and contribute to sustainable, high-quality sugar solutions.
