That means ensuring continued growth and development opportunities to help you hone your craft and extend your expertise with us.In this role you will:Can safely and effectively operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high speed packaging and processing equipment to produce Company productsMeet all safety expectations including wearing the required personal protective equipment and follow all safe practicesWork in a team environment and flow to the work and assist othersCollect and analyze data using skills in applied mathOperate a computer keyboard to input and access dataPerform basic and routine maintenance activitiesAble to work outside normal scheduled hours and OT to perform required maintenanceUse basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills etc.Can safely operate tow motor and maintain proper training requirementsPerform other duties that are within skill capabilityMeet Company's expectations of its Basic Beliefs and Our Commitment to Each OtherThe Right Role for YouAre you a dedicated professional motivated by the opportunity to support consistent delivery of the highest quality work while striving for continuous improvement? If so, you are the type of professional we are looking for to join our Company!Below is what we're looking for:Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of a High School diploma or GEDPrevious work experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment is preferredHave good attendance record and able to comply with attendance policyDemonstrated background of mechanical aptitudeMust be able to work on an 8-hour shift on a 7-day schedule per weekAble to work with and around cleaning chemicals and perform all sanitation dutiesAble to operate, perform "basic and routine maintenance," and troubleshoot equipment which includes the following physical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms and various packaging and processing equipmentAble to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequentlyMust be a self-directed worker, capable of working in a team environment to solve problems and implement solutionsMust be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents (i.e.
