Leading the operational health and stability of a critical enterprise application, the full-time hybrid Production Support Lead will manage incident resolution processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance application reliability. Key responsibilities Own the operational health, availability, and supportability of the application while leading incident management efforts Drive incident reduction initiatives through root cause analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams Develop operational dashboards and reports to communicate incident trends and service health to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience leading production support teams in high-volume enterprise application environments ITIL certification with hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, VB.NET, and VB6 Experience creating operational reports and KPI dashboards using tools like Excel and/or Power BI
