Production Support Analyst (Linux)Location: New Castle, DE (Onsite) Duration: W2 FulltimeHigh level requirements:3+ years of experience in operations support.Hands on experience with either Windows or Linux servers.Experience with Shell/PowerShell scripting, SQL, or any other equivalent will be a plus.Experience of monitoring or automation tools will be a plus: Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics.Knowledge of TLS certificates, PKI Technology will be a plus.Knowledge of Webservices, Webservers, Application servers and network protocols would be a good addition.Description:Looking for 6+ years of operations support experience with strong Windows/Linux experience as a must. Any scripting language experience is required (Shell/PowerShell scripting is highly preferred), monitoring/automation tools experience (Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics). The level expected: browse through servers and run commands (Linux/Wintel servers).
Not looking for a Sys Admin who does installs. We don't do infra admin work. Autosys helpful, having some certificates like PKI is a plus.
