Production Support AnalystCTG is seeking to fill a Production Support Analyst position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Support day-to-day production operations and production applications. Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform issue triage and escalation. Analyze data, identify patterns, and assist with problem resolution. Develop and use Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, and support. Collaborate with developers, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve production support processes.
