Your impact will be seen in stronger performance, improved reliability, and a more engaged workforce.What You Will Do:Lead and direct unionized production teams to safely execute daily and long-term production plansCoordinate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to ensure reliable and efficient plant performanceMonitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gapsChampion safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performancePlan and manage raw material usage and inventory to support production executionEstablish priorities for maintenance activities and support turnaround planningCoach, develop, and support team members while managing staffing, performance, and labor relations within a union environmentSalary range $115,100 - $172,700 per year.
The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
