We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.As a Production Supervisor, you will be leading day-to-day operations of a production assembly line - owning output, quality, safety, and team performance. You'll be the first line of leadership on the floor, keeping the line running to plan and building the team as we scale.ResponsibilitiesProduction ExecutionRun daily line operations: startup, staffing, shift flowHit daily/weekly output targets to takt timeManage line balancing & work assignmentsEscalate and resolve line-down issues fastCoordinate material availability with logistics/warehouseTeam LeadershipSupervise assembly technicians: scheduling, attendance, coverageTrain and cross-train operators; maintain skills matrixConduct performance feedback & coachingSupport hiring and onboarding of new techniciansFoster accountability and a strong floor cultureQualityEnforce work instructions & build standardsDrive first-pass yield; contain and disposition defectsSupport root cause & corrective actions with quality/engineeringUphold process discipline: no undocumented workaroundsContinuous ImprovementTrack and report line metrics: output, cycle time, scrap/reworkIdentify bottlenecks and drive throughput improvementsLead 5S and daily tier/standup meetingsPartner with manufacturing engineering on process changesSafetyEnforce PPE, ergonomics, and safe work practicesReport and support investigation of incidents & near-missesMaintain a clean, organized, audit-ready lineYou should have the following3+ years in manufacturing/assembly operations1+ years supervising or leading production teamsWorking knowledge of lean fundamentals: takt time, 5S, standard workComfortable with production data: output tracking, basic metricsStrong floor presence; thrives in fast-paced environmentsNice to HaveElectronics or electromechanical assembly experienceMES/ERP experienceStartup or high-growth manufacturing backgroundExperience standing up new lines or scaling outputUS Salary Range$39/hr - $43/hr USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
