Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor leads maintenance teams within our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) operations. Typically coming from an A&P mechanic background, the supervisor oversees day-to-day maintenance, ensures compliance with FAA 145 regulations, manages workflows on multiple aircraft, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
