The site also manufactures select marine furniture, aluminum tanks, blow-molded portable tanks, and sanitation systems.We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Production Supervisor. This position reports to the Production Manager and will work in Sparta, TN.About the PositionAs Production Supervisor of the Sparta team, you will be involved in the direction and management of multiple manufacturing departments/activities, (i.e.
– Rotational Molding processes and Steering processes) through subordinate Team Leaders to achieve timely production of quality products at the most economical cost. You must work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, schedule and plan production effectively and communicate the schedule/production plan to manufacturing groups as assigned.
