You'll be:Overseeing daily production operations, prioritizing tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards while maximizing efficiency and quality.Training and developing production staff in technical, quality, and safety procedures to ensure workforce competency and consistent performance.Managing staffing levels and labor resources, utilizing temporary personnel as needed to align with changing production volumes.Assigning and monitoring tasks and equipment usage to enhance machine productivity and reduce downtime across the production floor.Implementing cross-training programs, positioning team members strategically to optimize flexibility and reduce labor costs.Coordinating inventory management and maintenance scheduling to keep equipment running smoothly and maintain adequate supplies.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required)Bring 3–5 years of supervisory experience in production or warehouse environments (required)Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and communication skillsAre proficient with computers and have strong organizational abilitiesWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
