Job TitleSupervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities include driving safety, quality, and productivity, following OSHA regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, reinforcing PPE policies, maintaining quality standards, accomplishing manufacturing staff results, maintaining work flow, completing production plans, ensuring operation of equipment, providing manufacturing information, creating and revising systems and procedures, and resolving personnel problems.Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree desired, or equivalent supervisory work and leadership. Previous supervisory/management experience required. Proven team building experience. Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing principals.
Experience in working with a diverse group of individuals. Bilingual in Spanish required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer literate.
