Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorR.S. Hanline is seeking a Production Supervisor who can provide day-to-day supervision and leadership skills. This individual will plan and assign work; implement policies and procedures; help to increase subordinates' skills and capabilities; and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.Responsibilities:Ensure effective employee relations; Provide employee coaching and development; Make employment decisions; resolve employee issues through problem resolution.Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results in all areas.
