Production SupervisorIn a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. In this role, you will be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee our production operations by ensuring that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedulesResponsible for scheduling controlMaintain material control and quality controlResponsible for other duties on assembly lineOversee and coach employeesIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvementsEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsQualifications:College degree preferredMinimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferredSolid understanding of computer system assemblyPossess basic mechanical knowledgeFamiliarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspectionExperience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standardsStrong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughnessAbility to comprehend spoken and written EnglishAbility to work overtime and weekends depending on business demandsPlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company.

Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.Salary Range $72,000 - $95,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
