This role is responsible for driving workflow, leading production teams, and ensuring operational performance while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.Lead the Shop FloorAs a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily shop operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure production runs efficiently.
