We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.Who We're Looking For:As a key member of the Operations team, the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing and production processes of medical devices, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.Typical work hours are Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm-1amAbout the Role:Supervise and lead a team of assemblers over multiple product lines in a clean room environmentImplement and enforce adherence to documented processes and proceduresIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsTrain production staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.Typical work schedule is Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1am but may be adjusted if running overtimeMinimum Qualifications:High school degree, associate degree or higher preferred3-5 years' experience as a production supervisor, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to lift 35 lbsWhy Laborie:Our Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
