Production SupervisorLocation(s) Prosperity, South Carolina Company Georgia-Pacific Career Field Operations & ManufacturingAs a Shift Supervisor, you must be open and flexible to work any shift. Lead a team of 20 to 30 members. Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affected EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution. Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards. Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
Assist with troubleshooting and solving production issues. Work in a manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of time in noisy and non-climate-controlled areas.Georgia-Pacific works to meet evolving needs of customers worldwide with quality products.
