Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorA well-established manufacturer of pre-engineered products for the water, agricultural, and industrial markets is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead first-shift production at its Southeast KS facility. This is a hands-on floor leadership role: you run the daily schedule, hold safety and quality standards, and lead the hourly team that builds the product. You'll set priorities against the plan, clear bottlenecks as they happen, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and procurement to keep the line moving.
