Be a part of an organization that supports your future growth path.Reports to: Director of OperationsResponsibilities:Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with all company policies, GMPs, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations.Investigate and resolve production, quality, and safety issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support operational objectives. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics.Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to meet production demands.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellence.Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.Support new product launches, process improvements, and operational projects.Profile:High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience in food, beverage, packaging, bottling, or PET manufacturing is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality systems.Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and overtime as required.Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Why Join Us:We believe that the key to creating and growing a successful business is by investing in our people—some of whom have been a part of our team for over 25 years.
