Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
📍 Location: Oceanside, CA
💰 Salary: Starting at $70,500 per year
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily food manufacturing operations, manage production teams, and ensure production targets, product quality, and food safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production schedules, staffing, and workflow.
- Supervise, train, and develop production employees.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and food safety standards.
- Monitor production efficiency, labor costs, product yields, and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with production KPIs, cost control, and quality management.
- Ability to work on-site and flexible hours as needed.
