Production SupervisorProduction Team Leader – 2nd ShiftWage: $40/hr Shift: 6 days/week, 1:45pm – 11pmKey ResponsibilitiesLead daily production teams to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets.Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks through team-based problem solving.Monitor and maintain production standards.Support employee development via training, coaching, and performance feedback.Oversee sanitation and operations to ensure a clean, food safe manufacturing environment.Ensure compliance with plant rules, regulations, and safety programs.Participate in developing daily plans and delivering line performance.Drive execution and sustainment of standard work processes.Conduct shift handoff meetings for effective communication and alignment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.3–5 years of supervisory experience (preferred).Manufacturing environment experience (preferred).Food processing/manufacturing background (a plus).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Physical RequirementsAbility to walk, climb, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.Lift and carry materials of varying weights/sizes.Work in a manufacturing setting with large equipment, high noise, and variable temperatures.
