This position will share Production planning duties in close cooperation with the Inventory Supervisor and ensure the proper flow of kits throughout the assembly and test functions and subsequent delivery of products consistent with customer requirements.

The Production Supervisor will coach and mentor the Production staff, ensure company standards are met, and lead various safety and lean manufacturing efforts within the facility to drive best-in-class operational performance. This position is a full-time, exempt position working out of our Nashua, NH facility.Responsible for overseeing the efficient processing of the following functions as it relates to the entry and processing of customer and internal orders.Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate performance of Production personnelOrganize material flow to efficiently meet production schedules and product specificationsContinuously improve processes to increase quality, throughput and improving margins.Ensure workforce adheres to manufacturing instructions and product meets quality standardsManage work-in-process inventory levels and statusOversee pilot/NPI lot schedules (New Product Introductions)Monitor production flow and intervene to identify and assist in problem situations involving Manufacturing Engineering as neededAssign jobs & tasks to appropriate individuals; provide cross training as neededMeasure labor standards, product quality, and cost performanceParticipate in discussions relating to company, process, and product improvementsCommunicate schedules, goals, expectations with production personnel and co-workersOversee and/or perform ERP transactionsReport and monitor KPIs/OKRsContinuously improve processes and procedures to maximize productivity, efficiency, and production performance.Work closely with all areas of Operations to validate lead times, ship dates, order changes, etc.Proactively notify the appropriate people of significant changes impacting order status (e.g., promised ship dates).Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or Supply Chain ManagementPrevious experience in supervisory or team leadership role managing 5+ direct reports5+ Years of work experience preferred in supervising work in process (WIP)Ability to communicate with internal employees in a professional, accurate and timely mannerAbility to manage all aspects of Production flow by establishing team expectations and accountabilityStrong training skills in support of assembly personnelExceptional work ethic, energy, and drive.Attention to detail, a "can-do" attitude, and team orientedProficient computer skills, including MS OfficePhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
