Production Supervisor1st Shift Production Supervisor NeededWhat's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental401k with Company MatchPaid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementProduction Supervisor Details:Direct hire position$68,640.00 to $87,000.00 / annuallyFirst shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:15pm)Job Details:Supervise and lead production employees to ensure a safe, productive, and efficient work environmentMonitor daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goalsTrain, coach, and develop team members on safety procedures, quality standards, and job responsibilitiesTroubleshoot process and mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtimeManage staffing and production resources to ensure shift objectives are achievedComplete production reports and maintain accurate shift documentationCoordinate and expedite product changeovers to maximize operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standardsProduction Supervisor Qualifications:Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience managing employee performance, training, and developmentStrong leadership, communication, and motivational skillsMechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of manufacturing processes, production goals, and quality standardsAbility to make decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsPlastic extrusion manufacturing experience preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
