It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our Print on Demand team in Monroe Township, NJ. This role will lead daily production activity, support workflow across print, finishing, and shipping, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on production leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and keeping work moving in a fast-paced print environment.Your Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMYou Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent.Two or more years of production supervisory experience.Demonstrated skills in leadership, organization, and problem solving.Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and facilitation skills.Ability to understand complex concepts and communicate across all levels of the company.Experience with Microsoft Office.We Would Also Prefer:Printing experience.Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience.Experience with environmental and safety regulations.The anticipated hourly range for this position is $80,000-82,000. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
