Production Supervisor Manager

Production Supervisor/ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations. This position will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, proven production leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production floor employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff.Oversee meltblown line operations, including setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.Drive production efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve output and product quality.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Manage production reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking.Train, mentor, and develop production team members.Monitor production performance and address issues affecting safety, quality, efficiency, or output.Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational performance.Maintain a safe, organized, and accountable production environment.Qualifications & RequirementsStrong hands-on experience in manufacturing/production is essential.1–5+ years of experience supervising or managing production teams.Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience highly preferred.Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.Experience with production line setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.Ability to prioritize production, safety, quality, and operational requirements.Must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.U.S. citizenship required.Key SkillsProduction ManagementManufacturing OperationsMeltblown ProductionNonwoven ManufacturingProduction SupervisionProcess OptimizationTroubleshootingDowntime ReductionProduction SchedulingTeam LeadershipSafety & QualityContinuous ImprovementPerformance ManagementMaintenance CoordinationProblem SolvingBenefitsHealth Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Shift PremiumsCompetitive Compensation PackageWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on manufacturing leadership position requiring regular presence on the production floor. The Production Supervisor/Manager will work closely with operators, technicians, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of production performance, team development, safety, and continuous improvement.

Compensation: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
