Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 25 to 30 members in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role involves working the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am and requires the ability to work some Saturdays as needed. You will report directly to the Production Superintendent and focus heavily on KPI tracking and root cause analysis, spending 90% of your time on the floor and 10% on administrative duties.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of 25 to 30 production members.Focus on KPI tracking and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.Manage production operations on the 3rd shift, from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.Perform 90% on-floor duties and 10% administrative tasks.Work some Saturdays as required to meet production demands.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision.Strong skills in production, assembly, and continuous improvement.Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and supervisory skills.Experience with KPI tracking and root cause failure analysis.Ability to handle situational, leadership, and KPI-related interview questions.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree is highly preferred.Proficiency in Excel and database management.Experience in process improvement and safety management.Why Work Here?Join a large company that offers wonderful benefits including 3 weeks of PTO, 80 hours of sick leave, a 20% profit-sharing plan, a 5% 401k match, and production bonuses.
