What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily pit operations to achieve production, safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Coordinate equipment, staffing, and production schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a mining, quarry, aggregates, construction, or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes, mobile equipment operations, and material handling practices.
- Proven capability to prioritize work, solve problems, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
- Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Primarily located in an outdoor aggregate production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
- Regular interaction with production personnel, contractors, and operational leadership.
- Combination of field-based supervision and administrative responsibilities.
- May require flexible scheduling to support operational needs.
- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
