Anchor Fabrication also offers a matching 401(k) plan with Empower.QualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications:2 years proven experience as a machinist supervisor of a production teamExcellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employeesHigh school diploma or equivalentSkills:Basic knowledge of computer operation including keyboard and mouse operation with general knowledge of Microsoft a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to use handheld measuring tools to verify accurate dimension and fit of partsBasic knowledge of, and the ability to apply standards of measurement including standard, metric and decimalBasic knowledge of, and the ability to interpret metal types, common thickness, and tensile propertiesOperate equipment in area as needed after proper training (machines, forklift, bander, pallet jack, powered and handheld tools, etc.)Must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environmentPunctual and dependable attendance recordPhysical Demands:Ability to stand for prolonged periods of timePosition may require bending, kneeling and stoopingExposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicalsAnchor Fabrication is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
