Together, we are Building A Better Everything.The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role partners closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive productivity, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production Supervisor helps maintain operational excellence by overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.What You Need To Be Successful:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or related industrial environmentStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build positive working relationships with employees, union representatives, and cross-functional teamsKnowledge of safety, quality, and production management principlesAbility to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilitiesAbility to hold team members accountable while maintaining positive employee relationsStrong sense of urgency and responsiveness to operational and customer needsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentDependable attendance and flexibility to support overtime and vacation coverageProficiency with Microsoft Office and production management systemsAbility to utilize OSR/HMI systems to support production and customer delivery requirements.Bonus Points If You Have:Previous supervisory, leadership, or Team Lead experienceExperience working in a unionized manufacturing environmentKnowledge of GM, FTA, Penske, LLP, and customer operational requirementsExperience with inventory control, FIFO processes, and Min/Max inventory managementContinuous improvement and cost-reduction experienceExperience with incident investigations and corrective action processesAdvanced proficiency with production management systems and reporting toolsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional leadership, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain training preferredTravel:Minimal travel required.What We Offer:We believe our team members are our greatest investment, which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
