2nd Shift SupervisorWe're looking for a dynamic 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead our client's production team and ensure smooth, efficient operations during evening hours. In this role, you'll oversee critical aspects of plant operations - including production, maintenance, safety, quality control, scheduling, and workforce management - while fostering a positive culture and driving continuous improvement. You'll be the go-to leader for your shift, ensuring goals are met and employees feel supported, safe, and motivated.
