Building on nearly 50 years of success, we deliver Payload & Protection Systems, Aero/Hydrodynamic Interstage Systems, and Propulsion & Launch Systems to more than 80 prime contractors supporting over 130 space and defense programs.This role is part of our Maritime Defense Systems business, which delivers integrated solutions with decades of proven performance across submarine, surface, and autonomous naval platforms supporting high-priority national defense programs.

Our bow-to-stern capabilities include acoustic and sonar protection systems, propulsion systems, advanced composite structures, missile subsystems, canisters and launchers, and autonomous underwater vehicle subsystems. From concept through production, we combine engineering, materials expertise, specialized manufacturing, and large-scale testing to deliver mission-ready systems that reduce technical risk and support long-term operational performance.The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations for advanced composite structures by guiding employee performance, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production activities meet schedule, quality, and safety standards. This role strengthens team capability through coaching, cross-training, and clear communication while resolving production issues and maintaining accurate process documentation.

The supervisor plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting a positive, high-performance team environment.ResponsibilitiesLeads daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and performance targets.Coaches and mentors employees to build skills, support growth, and address performance needs.Recruits and interviews candidates and participates in talent acquisition activities.Executes cross-training strategies to expand team capabilities and meet production requirements.Provides performance feedback and ensures timely completion of reviews.Enforces company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.Organizes and monitors workflow, tracks budgeted hours, and adjusts priorities as needed.Resolves production issues, evaluates product decisions, and escalates concerns when appropriate.Coordinates project needs and status updates with other departments.Maintains accurate manufacturing process instructions (MIPs) and oversees required redlines.Required QualificationsMust be 18 years of age.Preferred QualificationsBasic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.Experience managing time and attendance.Experience leading safety meetings.Ability to mentor employees and support individual growth.Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.Hands-on leadership style with willingness to assist directly when needed.Ability to ask questions, take ownership, and seek guidance when necessary.This position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S.
