We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and support a high-performing production team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while developing employees, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.
