Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations within the Mobility department, ensuring production schedules, work orders, quality requirements, and safety standards are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role that actively supervises shop floor operations, coordinates workflow, prioritizes production activities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support customer delivery requirements and operational objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily manufacturing operations within the Mobility department.Ensure production schedules, work orders, quality requirements, and safety standards are met.Actively supervise shop floor operations and coordinate workflow.Prioritize production activities to meet delivery commitments.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational objectives.Essential SkillsProduction supervision experience.Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead 20-50 people.Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.Strong understanding of work order management and production scheduling.Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production tracking and reporting.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S principles.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication across production, engineering, quality, and management teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to motivate, train, and develop production personnel.Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.Flexible and willing to support multiple production areas as needed.Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.Why Work Here?Join a growing company that values continuous improvement and offers opportunities for professional development. One position covers the weekday shift from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the other covers the weekend shift from 6am to 6:30pm, Friday through Sunday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Dunlap, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.
