Guided by our values of Care, Commitment, and Excellence, we are looking for a strong leader to oversee our Production Department and help ensure the safe, accurate, and timely production of medications.If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment and takes pride in developing high-performing teams — we'd love to meet you.CAREWe care about our patients, our customers, and our team members.As the Production Supervisor, you will:Ensure packaging technicians consistently meet daily production and quality standardsMaintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environmentPartner closely with Quality to ensure label accuracy, finished product review, and regulatory complianceRespond promptly to customer needs, including repackaging requirementsEnsure all labels and documentation are accurate and compliantYou will play a critical role in protecting patient safety through strong oversight and attention to detail.COMMITMENTWe are committed to our people, our partners, and doing the right thing.In this role, you will:Assign daily production responsibilities and ensure goals are achievedTrain and develop new employeesProvide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when neededGuide Lead Packaging Technicians and assign critical equipment responsibilitiesEnsure adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirementsSupport special projects and continuous improvement initiativesYour leadership will set the tone for accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.QualificationsEXCELLENCEWe strive for excellence in everything we do.We're looking for someone who:Has experience in operations, manufacturing, or a pharmaceutical environmentHas previous supervisory or lead technician experience (minimum leadership of 5 team members preferred)Understands FDA and cGMP regulatory requirementsDemonstrates strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical packaging equipmentIs organized, accurate, reliable, and efficientCan manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCommunicates effectively and builds strong, engaged teamsHigh School Diploma or GED required.
