Production SupervisorProduction SupervisorCategory: ProfessionalLocation: Forest Park, OH 45240Pay: $26.00 HourlyProduction Supervisor Details:Direct hire position$26.00 to $27.00/hourFirst shiftWhat's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansPTO/VacationBi-Weekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Supervisor Responsibilities:Supervise and lead production personnel on assigned shift to meet daily production goalsCoordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient manufacturing operationsMonitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specificationsEnforce safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environmentTrain, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skill setsTroubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and engineeringTrack and report on key production metrics (output, scrap, downtime, etc.)Support continuous improvement efforts, including process optimization and waste reductionEnsure proper documentation and reporting of production activitiesProduction Supervisor Qualifications:3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in panel fabrication, metal, wood, laminates, or similar materials preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret production schedules, drawings, and specificationsWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plusStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems (ERP/MRP experience a plus)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
