This position is critical to the success of manufacturing operations and is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing experience who can manage teams, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement efforts.Details of the Role:The position of Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations for a designated production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are consistently met. This role manages staffing, workflow, training, and performance while coordinating closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and leadership teams.
