Safety and food quality stay at the center of every decision.And when there's an issue on the floor, your team knows you'll bring structure, accountability, and a solution-focused approach.What You BringSupervisory or frontline leadership experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, or a similar operations environmentA track record of coaching people and improving team performanceConfidence making decisions in a fast-moving production environmentStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsExperience working with operational KPIs, standard work, and compliance requirementsProfessional bilingual proficiency in English and SpanishAvailability for 2nd shift, typically beginning around 2:30PMMilitary leadership experience is welcome.
