Production SupervisorThomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we're seeking an exceptional Production Supervisor to work closely with our Plant Manager and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility.The Opportunity:The Production Supervisor will manage all related manufacturing and production activities for the department through the Regal Business System (RBS), which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream. You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance to exceed our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business.

If you're excited to be part of a winning team, influence meaningful change, and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead production teams to achieve strategic goalsDrive a zero?incident culture through effective EHS initiatives compliant with OSHA and EPA requirementsLead the development and execution of long?term value stream improvementsConduct daily accountability meetings with direct reports and supporting functions, focusing on value stream performance and leading indicators (Tier meetings, Gemba walks)Engage employees in kaizen events to promote continuous improvement and support a progressive organizational cultureUse Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools to solve operational problemsChampion EH&S initiatives by prioritizing employee and product safetyLead the value stream management cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) to drive SQDC results for the siteManage budgets and spending to support both long?
and short?term business goalsReview and approve overtime and vacations as needed to meet production targetsMaintain and monitor daily production metrics, including customer demand, past?due orders, and backlogCommunicate key production performance metrics to site leadershipPartner effectively with site leaders (Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure customer successDemonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with Regal Rexnord valuesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications/Skills:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated financial and business acumenStrong knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, and problem?solving methodologies)Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or equivalentExposure to Engineer?to-Order and/or Configure?to-Order manufacturing environmentsExposure to low?voltage and/or medium?voltage electrical products
