Production SupervisorAs a Production Supervisor, you will lead your shift with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity while driving a disciplined, high-performance culture. You will develop your team, enforce standard work, and respond to downtime and process variation with urgency. By identifying and eliminating waste, you will play a key role in improving reliability and delivering results against critical KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and policiesLead, coach, and develop your team to achieve daily production goalsSupport the area leaders and managers to achieve team objectivesMonitor production performance and respond to downtime, quality issues, and inefficiencies in real timeCoordinate with maintenance, quality, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operationsCommunicate priorities, issues, and expectations to the plant floorEnforce standard work and drive accountability to established processesSupport training and onboarding of new employeesParticipate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) and support cross-functional initiativesEnsure proper documentation and shift handoff communicationQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilitiesKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices preferred, but not requiredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to lead and motivate teams with a positive, proactive attitudeFlexibility to work rotating 12-hour shiftsHigh level of initiative, organization, and emotional intelligenceProven ability to resolve personnel issues and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.What Success Looks Like in This RoleTeam is engaged, trained, and held accountableProduction targets are consistently met or exceededDowntime and quality issues are addressed quickly and effectivelySafety incidents are minimized through proactive leadershipContinuous improvement ideas are actively identified and implementedWhat We Can Offer You:Benefits are the game changer!
