Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor leads the daily operations of the filling department to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. This role oversees shift performance, coordinates production employees, and proactively addresses operational challenges to minimize downtime and maintain on-time delivery. As a hands-on leader, the Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives, enforces safety and compliance standards, and fosters a high-performing team culture focused on productivity, accountability, and development. The hours for this role is 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Sun-Thur with overtime as needed.What You'll DoLead daily filling line operations to achieve production schedules while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectivesSupervise, coach, and develop 3rd Shift Leads and approximately 25 production employees: drive accountability, engagement, and performanceMonitor key production metrics including output, yields, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency; implement corrective actions to improve resultsEnsure strict adherence to all safety policies, GMP standards, sanitation requirements, and regulatory compliance expectationsConduct shift kick-off meetings and lead cross-functional communication to align priorities across Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HROptimize staffing and manpower utilization based on production demand, attendance, and schedule prioritiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving reliability, and lowering operational costs using Lean or similar methodologiesMaintain inspection-ready conditions at all times, ensuring housekeeping, documentation, and quality standards are consistently metOversee production documentation including work orders, labor reporting, timecards, quality checks, and daily performance trackingSupport employee development and performance management activities, including training, safety programs, and corrective action in alignment with company policyWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory roleDemonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance metricsStrong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including documentation control, deviation management, corrective actions, and audit readinessProven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable while fostering a positive, high-performing cultureStrong working knowledge of GMP, safety programs, and 6S/lean workplace standards; experience conducting safety training and tracking complianceResults-driven mindset with a track record of improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiativesEffective conflict management skills and the ability to lead through change in a dynamic manufacturing settingStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships across departmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systemsExperience with high-speed automated production equipment; bottle filling machinery experience strongly preferredWhat You Will GetKIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

This position has a base salary range of $80,000-$85,000 plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
