Production SupervisorWe are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive stamping environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, driving safety and productivity, minimizing downtime, and leading production teams to achieve daily goals. Location: Near Bad Axe, Michigan (Thumb area) - relocation can be provided if necessary.Responsibilities/skills:Supervise and support production team members on assigned shiftMonitor production performance, downtime, changeovers, and safety complianceEnsure proper use of PPE and adherence to company policiesCoordinate staffing needs, including overtime schedulingTrack and communicate production metrics and shift performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiencyAutomotive stamping manufacturing experience requiredPrevious leadership, team lead, or supervisory experienceStrong sense of urgency and ability to perform under production pressureExperience tracking downtime and executing action plansProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and TeamsStrong communication and teamwork skillsQualifications:Mechanical aptitudeProven ability to hold teams accountable and drive resultsCalm, solutions-focused approach in high-pressure situations#IND1
