This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in delivering quality products while supporting employee development and operational excellence.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop production team membersDrive safety, quality, and food safety complianceCoordinate staffing, scheduling, and production prioritiesMonitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve production goalsFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagementRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, agriculture, or a related environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production setting and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and liftingPreferred Qualifications3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or a related industryDairy industry experience preferredKnowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, and manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO and hazard recognitionExperience with scheduling, performance management, and systems such as WorkdayReady to lead, grow, and make an impact?
