This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse or production experience who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently and safely. You'll play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring products move smoothly from production to delivery.About Accent CountertopsFounded in 1985, Accent Countertops specializes in the fabrication and installation of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops.

With a 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Murray, Utah, and operations in Reno, Nevada, we've built a reputation as a trusted leader in countertop design, fabrication, and installation across the region.What You'll DoLead and support production and warehouse team members during 2nd shiftCoordinate daily workflow across receiving, production, and shippingLoad, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and equipmentOversee preparation of finished goods for installation and deliveryMaintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving areaMonitor inventory and track in-transit materialsPlan and coordinate deliveries, including communication with the Reno branchEnsure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operating safelyCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external customersSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costsTrain, coach, and develop team membersHandle administrative tasks including scheduling, timecards, and performance reviewsWhat You Bring1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role (warehouse or production preferred)3+ years of hands-on warehouse or material handling experienceExperience with loading, receiving, and inventory processesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsAbility to lead, train, and motivate a teamForklift and/or overhead crane certification (preferred)Valid driver's license (air brake endorsement a plus)Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the shiftCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $25–$30/hourMedical, Dental, and Vision coveragePaid Time Off (PTO)Opportunities for growth and advancementOur CultureAt Accent Countertops, we take pride in delivering high-quality products while maintaining a strong, team-oriented work environment.
