Pay: $67,000-$83,000/year Shift: 2nd Shift | 12:00 PM start Location: Monroe, WI Benefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations in a food manufacturing environment. This position will oversee production employees, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure safety, quality, food safety, and production goals are consistently met.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, schedule, and provide daily direction to production employeesMonitor production activities to ensure output, quality, and efficiency goals are achievedOversee processing and packaging operations, including equipment performance and sanitationCoordinate production schedules, materials, ingredients, and packaging to meet customer demandIdentify equipment issues and coordinate timely maintenance and repairsDrive improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost, and overall plant performanceEnsure compliance with GMPs, food safety, quality, sanitation, and safety requirementsCoach, train, and develop employees while providing ongoing performance feedbackSupport employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processesConduct shift meetings and maintain clear communication across the production teamPartner with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and other departments to resolve operational issuesMaintain accurate timekeeping and other required production and employee documentationRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably within food or beverage manufacturingPrevious supervisory, team lead, or demonstrated manufacturing leadership experienceUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and equipment operationsKnowledge of GMPs, food safety, quality, and workplace safety practicesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage production priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to coach employees and hold teams accountable for performance and safetyPreferred ExperienceFood, beverage, or dairy manufacturingDairy processing operations such as pasteurization, separation, mixing, filling, or packagingContinuous improvement and production efficiency initiativesProduction scheduling and material coordinationUnion manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in a related field
