2nd Shift Manufacturing Production SupervisorLacon, IL Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on 2nd shift production supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. You will manage a team of 10–20 operators and technicians. Your primary focus will be ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, and meeting daily production targets.
